AN AI CAPABILITY-BUILDING PROGRAM
Humans Robots

Buying Claude and ChatGPT licenses isn't enough.
You want an AI-empowered team that can take ownership.
Bring your team to Humans v Robots and every participant uses AI to build a tool that amplifies their role. If someone can't finish theirs, we build it for them.

We've seen: 200+ AI tools built · 35 hours a month saved for a single role · a tool to replace a $20,000 software.

Free assessment, under 15 minutes.
AI-EMPOWERED
"Is your Org using AI?" isn't the right question. The question is, are you a User or an Operator?
AI User Asks questions in the chat, gets answers. May do some helpful automations. But the work stops when the chat closes.
AI Operator Takes ownership of their environment. Builds tools, automations, agents, and apps that keep working when the laptop closes. If the outside world doesn't already have it, the AI Operator builds it.
AI-Empowered means you don't have to go to a vendor or be a developer to change the digital world around you. Software licenses and online course seats won't get your team there.

Real AI tools, built by or
Your team comes out building the tools your business runs on. AI capability building for teams. Every person builds a working tool for their own job, live, in your sessions.
Most AI programs are 100% instruction and 0% behavior change. The research on how capability forms says 70% of it is built doing the work.
HOW WE BUILD IT Every person on your team uses AI to build one working tool for their own job. Live, facilitated, on their actual files. Not a demo and not a prompt library. Six people minimum. Runs as a day, a week, or a month. Same curriculum, your calendar. If someone can't finish theirs, we build it for them.
WHAT THE CAPABILITY LOOKS LIKE One tool per person, running in their job.
12,000 PDFs to 1 A forensic accountant at an enterprise accounting firm rebuilt a process his firm had run by hand for years.
35 hrs / month Recovered by one person at an elite marketing agency.
$20,000 Software replaced by something a non-developer built in four sessions.
"I was about to hire a developer. I don't need to now." Kate · elite marketing agency
Everyone builds for your real business. Projects come out of your own workflows, not a sandbox exercise.
Champions surface on their own. You find out who on your team is going to carry this, and it is rarely who you expected.
Your builds plug into your systems. Monday, your CRM, your reporting. Tools that die outside the classroom do not count.
We can come to you. Custom in-person workshops where the whole team is in one room.
THREE WAYS TO RUN IT
Build Day ONE DAY · YOUR TEAM The whole team in one room for a day, everyone leaving with a first real win. Best when calendars are tight.
Private cohort FOUR WEEKS · LIVE ONLINE OR IN PERSON Four weeks means the tools get used between sessions and come back with real problems attached. This is where a team's habits change.
Custom workshop WE COME TO YOU Built around a specific function, a specific system, or an offsite you already have on the calendar.
Book a consultative call The call is where we pick the format. We look at headcount, calendars, and the systems your team actually works in, then say which of the three gets them AI-empowered fastest.
You leave with a working tool, and the method to build the next one. Join the next public cohort on Zoom. You build for your real work, coached one to one, alongside builders from all over the world.
Four live sessions, two hours each. Most of the building happens inside the room, not as homework you skip.
1:1 coaching when you hit a wall. A founder who has shipped real products sits with you until you are moving again.
We help you pick the project. Choosing the wrong first build is the most common way this fails. You do not have to arrive with an idea.
Demo Day. Week four, you show the room a working tool. Everybody does.
$750 per seat. 8 hours of live facilitated workshop, on your specific project. Kandice's campaign builder saves her 35 hours a month. Ginger's team member built a tool a vendor had quoted at $20,000. Worth comparing against a seat, not against nothing. Scholarship pricing available.
You do not have to do a cohort first. A retreat is a fine place to start.
HUMANS V ROBOTS IN PARADISE A professional development vacation See the world while you get better at the thing everyone is scrambling to learn. Build in the morning, be somewhere beautiful in the afternoon, and do it next to people doing the same. What is all this AI stuff for, if not to make your life better?

WHERE YOU ARE STARTING The Fluency Ladder Everyone lands on one of four rungs: Exploring, Adopting, Operating, Multiplying. Knowing which one you are on is what makes the next step obvious instead of overwhelming. It is also how we measure whether a team moved. Bryce's team went up a rung on two of the five dimensions in four weeks. Take the free assessment
01
Exploring
You have tried a chatbot. You know this matters. You have no idea what to actually build.
02
Adopting
You use AI most days for drafting and thinking. Nothing you have made outlives the conversation.
03
Operating
You have built something real that you use. You want to do it repeatably, not by accident.
04
Multiplying
You build tools other people depend on. Now you are teaching your team to do the same.

What builders walk out with Marketers, agency owners, operators, doctors, event producers. All with the same thing in common: real work they were tired of doing by hand.
"It is going to save me basically six hours per campaign. Right now I am doing six campaigns a month. So that is like 35 hours of work saved." Kandice Vincent · marketer, live on Demo Day
"So David, what you did, someone six months ago quoted me $20,000 to make that." Ginger Gentile · owner, watching her team member demo
"As soon as we started, it was like a new door opened. I can actually build these things, and it is plain English." Dine-Mari · scared of code before session one

WHO IS BEHIND THE METHOD Your coaches We're Humans v Robots. We run AI capability programs for teams and public cohorts, and we've now put 200+ people through building their first working tool.
Alex Salinsky presenting to a room of builders
Alex Salinsky FOUNDER · A DECADE IN SILICON VALLEY, 100+ STARTUPS He kept seeing the same pattern: the teams that win are not the ones with the most engineers, they are the ones where regular people can turn their own ideas into working tools. The method comes from that.
The founder-coach bench FACILITATORS AND SILICON VALLEY FOUNDERS Facilitators and founder coaches run the cohorts alongside Alex. That is how every builder gets real 1:1 time no matter how many people are in the room, and it is why we can promise a working tool rather than hope for one.
FORMATS Format options Public cohorts run monthly. Team work starts whenever your calendar allows, so there is no wrong time to get in touch. Only the retreats are tied to fixed dates.

THE REAL PRODUCT Build one tool in one month. Then build any tool you want, every month after. That is the thing worth paying for. Not the first tool, the ability to make the next one. One good tool often pays for the whole cohort.
FAQ Questions we hear on every call IF YOU ARE BRINGING A TEAM
Cohort or Build Day, which does my team need?+

That is exactly what the call is for. A one-day Build Day gets a team its first real win fast and works well when calendars are tight. A multi-week cohort goes further, because the tools get used between sessions and come back with real problems attached. Twenty minutes on a call sorts it.

What does a team engagement cost?+

It depends on headcount, format, and whether you want us in the room with you rather than on Zoom. We work the number out on the call instead of guessing at it here, and you will have it before you leave that call.

My team has no technical background. Will this work?+

That is the profile we built this for. Dine-Mari was scared of code before session one. Bryce's team lead Kate came in nervous and finished saying she gained real confidence with AI, then rated us an 8 out of 10 unprompted. The tools build in plain English, and coaches sit with people 1:1 when they get stuck.

What happens after you leave?+

The point is that the building keeps going without us. Champions surface during the cohort and carry it, which is why we score the team before and after rather than just handing out a certificate. Bryce's team moved a full band on Use and Build in 36 days, and two of his people kept trading scripts on their own afterward.

IF YOU ARE BUILDING FOR YOUR OWN JOB
What does a seat cost?+

A public cohort seat is $750. That is 8 hours of live facilitated workshop on your own project, 1:1 coaching, async support all month, and Demo Day. Scholarship pricing exists, so ask if the number is the only thing in your way.

How much time does it take each week?+

One 2-hour live session per week for four weeks. Most of the building happens inside the sessions. Between them, builders who want to push further get async support whenever they need it.

What if I do not know what to build?+

Good, that is normal. Picking the project is the first thing we do together in week one. We help every builder find a task from their own week that is worth automating. Nobody needs to arrive with an idea.

What if I cannot finish my tool?+

Then we build it for you. Every participant ends with at least one working AI-powered tool. That is the guarantee, and it is why we help you pick a project we can stand behind.

Do I have to do a cohort before a retreat?+

No. Plenty of people meet us for the first time in Playa del Carmen. A retreat is a complete thing on its own, not a graduation prize.
